ABOUT ME
|
I remember the first trick I ever got, it was from a little magic shop inside the IMAX theater. My Dad bought me the trick while we waited on the movie to begin. He may not remember that moment, but for me at age 15 I remember it quite vividly. As we walked up to the counter, the red vested wearing magician waited for us to get closer. Not expecting to see what I saw, I was amazed. Then my Dad bought me a trick and I ran with it back to my seat. I was so thrilled! For the life of me I can't remember what movie we saw, but the magic is what I remember.
As a magician I am in constant chase for that feeling again. The "wow" moments in life, moments that you will remember for the rest of your life. I try to create that with every trick I do. From one person on the street to sold out arenas, no matter how many I perform for, they get the best of what I have to offer. Because in the end I never know if their is another "me" in that audience having that very same moment I had with my Dad years ago. |

Other than being a magician, I am also a father and a husband. I have a growing family that consists of my beautiful Hungarian wife and my sons. I have 3 amazing boys. They are a handful but I can never imagine a world without them. I am beyond blessed and very fortunate. Isaac is the oldest of my boys and he will often watch me practice magic and want to try to show me a trick, it's very cute. He is a magician in the making. Elijah is our middle age and Job is our youngest. So you can imagine how busy I can be, because when I'm not doing anything magic related, I'm playing trains, watching Barney, cleaning up Play-Doh or changing a diaper, in no particular order. |
When I am about to show a new trick to strangers, I go through 3 phases of practice. The first phase is a mirror, second phase in front of a camera and final phase before it's ready for primetime is in front of friends and family. On this particular moment its phase 2 and my oldest son, Isaac, decides to crash the party. :) |
